DIGITIZING

Before we embroider your design, we must go through a process called digitizing.

This is a process of turning your logo or design into an embroidery file consisting of stitches.

The fees for digitizing are based on the amount of stitches in your design and the complexity of your design. An average left chest logo will generally cost $25.00. Digiziting is a one time process. However, if the design is to be resized 20% larger, additional fees will be incurred.

OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK AND DIGITIZED FILES

While you own the right to control the use of your logo, all artwork and digitizing created by

Master Stitch remains the property of Master Stitch. All electronic files created by Master Stitch will remain the property of Master Stitch for our exclusive use in executing your orders. Because it is our policy to render art services for production orders soley on a cost recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined soley by us.
