For New Customers, we offer free logo set up for standard size logos. If you would like a free logo evaluation of your logo, upload it and our logo specialist will contact you by email. Standard size logos are generally 2 ½” x 4” requiring less than 11,000 stitches. If your logo is larger than the standard size, there will be set up fee. We communicate with you through the entire set up process. If adjustments need to be made, we will discuss those items with you prior to any changes being made. We will email you a proof of your logo for your approval. Once we receive your approval, we will begin the embroidery process.
